FRONT DOOR - has a four-digit code that will be sent before arrival. Be sure to wake up the keypad by pressing the top button, enter the code, then press the check mark. Please park on the red driveway. Do not enter or exit through the garage.
CAMERAS - There are four cameras on the property, one facing the front door, driveway, garage, and back entrances/pool.

LIVING ROOM TV - Using the curved remote, turn on the living room TV. Access your personal Netflix or Amazon Account from the home screen. If you want to access the super box: Go to HDMI1 - choose Live TV or video on demand (please note that it loses connection on and off), but it comes back if you turn the TV on, off, and back on again.
CHARGERS - There are a few cell phone chargers lying around the home. Please leave them behind for others to enjoy.
lights - LAUNDRY
The back porch lights are controlled from two light switches. The switch on the interior next to the back door has two options: “WALL + EXT STRING” and ‘EXT LIGHT.” When you turn on “WALL + EXT STRING” the lamp by the cozy chair will get power and so will the string lights. To turn the string lights on/off use the remote in the shell dish called Honeywell. The EXT LIGHT powers only two outdoor light fixtures.
There are two remotes for the back porch fans under the clock.
To turn on the big globe light in the middle of the living room, reach into the middle of the light and gently pull the metal string. It is hard wired and cannot be turned off by a switch.
LAUNDRY is located in the garage, please don’t climb on the boats in the garage
TRASH - use the dumpster on the street to dispose of trash, please use a bag
SPA - pool - lake
The pool is naturally heated. The Spa is heated by gas. To turn ON the spa heater:
Turn the two switches above the breaker box to on.
Walk to the black bubble-shaped pool heater (next to the AC unit) and hit “spa on.” The display will show numbers on the screen, indicating that the spa is on.
When finished using, PLEASE TURN OFF THE SPA HEATER.
To turn OFF the spa heater, repeat the turn-on steps. Turn both switches off and hit “Heater Off” on the black bubble-shaped pool heater.
If the pool screen needs to be used for little ones please request in advance. Pool floats are in the garage. Please only use the ones next to the washing machine. There is a stand up paddle board available for use, it is very heavy.
Please stay off the dock and seawall, it is in need of repair. Please fish from the grass.
Do not swim in the canal, it is home to Florida swamp puppies aka Alligators

Strip the slept-in beds and leave the dirty linens in the hampers
